Office-O-Matic (“we”, “us”) is operated by Darryl Fleming, a sole proprietor in Prosper, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you use office-o-matic.com, request a demo, or call or text our demo line.

What we collect

• What you enter on our demo setup form: your name, business name and details, email, and mobile phone number(s).
• Calls and text messages you send to our demo line, and the replies our AI sends back.
• Pretend appointments and customer details you create while testing your demo.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To build and run your personal AI receptionist demo.
• To reply to the calls and texts you send to the demo line.
• To contact you about your demo, if you asked us to.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We only text numbers that were registered on our demo setup form, and only in reply to messages you send first. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS terms.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use service providers to operate the demo (phone and texting carriers, cloud hosting, and AI voice and language services). They process data only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

Demos expire after 14 days, and the pretend customers and bookings in them are deleted. We keep your contact details so we can follow up about your demo unless you ask us to delete them.
